Citizens living near the Nyungwe Forest in Nyaruguru district say that they are no longer perturbed by insecurity in the area as the Rwanda defense forces have ensured that they are all safe sound.
This comes even as the security forces in the area paraded 19 people from the Red Tabara rebel group .
