Watch this phenomenal patient perform TRX bicep curls while wearing blood flow restriction (BFR) bands. He’s currently in phase 3 of rehab for right-sided lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow). Blood flow restriction (BFR) bands allow him to effectively increase the load at the elbow while avoiding worsening his symptoms. Integrating training with the blood flow BFR bands helps to maximize muscle fatigue while using a low load to protect the injured joint.
If you are suffering from tennis elbow

Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. STOP exercising if you experience any symptoms of weakness, unsteadiness, light-headedness/dizziness, chest pain or pressure, nausea, or shortness of breath.
Performing these exercises should not cause pain. If you experience pain while exercising, decrease the speed of your movement. If the pain persists - STOP. Mild soreness after exercising may be experienced after beginning a new exercise.
