In "The Last Man on Earth" season 2 episode 8, titled "No Bull," the group of survivors travels to a ranch owned by Pat Brown (Mark Boone Junior). They discover that Pat has a bull, which they see as a valuable addition to their community. However, Pat refuses to give up the bull and tensions rise. In the end, Todd (Mel Rodriguez) and Melissa (January Jones) decide to stay behind to try to reason with Pat while the others continue their journey. Ultimately, Todd and Melissa are able to convince Pat to let them have the bull, and they catch up with the rest of the group.
