to fix that:
you need:
1. Manually configure server settings then click Next.
2. select POP or IMAP
3. incoming: outlook.office365.com
outgoing : smtp.office365.com
4. click More Settings
5. incoming: TLS ; Port: 143
outgoing :TLS ; Port: 587
