As per reports, the police arrested another person, identified as Kabul Khan, last night. All arrested individuals will be brought to Guwahati for further investigation. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma had ordered a CID probe into the incident which led to unprecedented devastation in Silchar town.
