Researchers at Morehouse School of Medicine’s (MSM’s) National Center for Primary Care (NCPC) have been assessing the adoption and use of digital health tools, such as telehealth, by looking at how (1) primary care clinicians are practicing in underserved communities using digital health tools (2) assessing the utilization of telehealth among people with disabilities living in Georgia (Telehealth Disability Study). We will discuss each study, highlighting the adoption and use of DHTs and the policy and practice changes needed to advance equitable access for underserved communities.
