Roasted akki tari-1 pav
Water-2cups
Green chilly paste-1tbsp
Crushed Pepper-1tbsp
cumin seeds-1tsp
Grated coconut-1/4cup
Chopped coriander leaves- 1/4cup
salt-1tbsp
Akki thari thatt kadubu/pundi recipe/Billa kudumulu,udupi or mangalore cuisine is known for its healthy steamed breakfast recipes. most of these recipes are made using rice rava as its base and thus supplying the required carbohydrates. one such rice-based recipe is pundi recipe or rice dumplings made with idli rava and steamed in an idli stand.
A healthy breakfast, without oil, you can also prepare this using Idli rava. You can alter the measurement of water depending on rava quality, if it becomes hard add bit warm water.
