so my girlfriend is turning 30 and we are doing pirate theme, as usual i cant buy something unless i try to make it myself first hehe.

using a 12 head atomizer fog unit and a 400w smoke machine, smoke gets chilled by mixing with ambient air and then circles through the cold fog created by the fogger, water level is managed by a small pump and water sensor, planning on using an esp32 with wled to control the whole thing and add some ws2812b light strips (maybe lasers, got some laying around). let me know if you wanna know more, i plan on making a GitHub page is nice im done

total cost so far is around 200$, expecting around 400$ with three 5 meter light strips, controllers etc.
