Oculocutaneous Albinism is comprised of Deficiency of Melanin Pigment in the Iris , RPE and other pigmented structures of the eye and other parts of the body.
This video shows a Posterior Chamber 'In-the-Bag IOL' that is clearly visible through the Iris on Retro illumination due to absence of Iris Pigment and the excessive movement is due to Nystagmus which is a common finding in such patients
