Should you buy the Oura Ring 3?

I’ve been using the Oura Ring for almost 4 years now. I love this product, but with the recent controversy around the launch of their generation 3 and the new subscription model it’s raised some concerns for me.

Lots of you have been asking me if you should upgrade, or just get one in general.

My opinion on the Oura Ring has evolved, and in this video I share with you my honest thoughts after using the Gen 3 for 30 days.
