We already know that there will not be any version 3.9, and we will go to fontaine just after version 3.8.
Version 3.7 started last week and rerun banners of yae miko and yoimiya are currently live on all servers.
Rerun banners of kazuha and alhaitham will go live on June 13, and in my opinion it's going to be one of the most selling banners in genshin impact.
But this is not a very good news for Free to play players, because rerun banners in version 3.8 are also very good. We know that eula hasn't gotten her rerun since version 2.3, and very few players have her at the moment. Since she is a hardcore DPS character, many players will want to wish for her, making it difficult to choose between kazuha, alhaitham and 3.8 rerun banners. Klee, eula, kokomi and wanderer will get their reruns in version 3.8, so it won't be easy for free to play players to choose, so i would suggest saving their primogems for the characters they want the most at the moment.
Klee is also one of the most awaiting characters in genshin impact and so is wanderer and kokomi.
Along with the release of fontaine are, we will get a lot of new characters and players will get tempted to pull for them making it harder to get their favorite characters. But there's a good news for all the free to play players, 3.8 and 4.0 both these patches will be one of the most rewarding patches. And players will be able to get more than 160 wishes.
