Ingredients-
1 cup almond flour
1 cup quick oats
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 eggs at room temperature
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup chopped dates
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup almond milk at room temperature
Some coconut oil to grease the muffin paper cups !
(We use 250 ml cup to measure our ingredients)
