The Exercise:
The is a tutorial for a backhand drive and backhand topspin, the execution of these strokes and shots, takes lots of practice and years of constant development. Over time you will increase the speed, spin and power. Most importantly you will develop your technique which will enable you to maintain consistency
How it's done:
1. Have your legs slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and be square to the line of play.
2. Use your free arm for balance and avoidance of playing the backhand stroke from across your body
3. Generate energy from your wrist, forearm and shoulder
