Was able to decode some D-STAR voice conversations using the new DSD version 1.7 downloadable from the bottom of [ Ссылка ].

Used command dsd -i /dev/dsp -o /dev/dsp -fd, together with VB-CABLE and HDSDR with VB Cable set as the default audio device.
