Brand new Toro Timemaster 21199, 223cc, used for a couple of hours, runs and cuts ok; however, the way it runs when it’s idle does not sound right to me. Toro’s customer service is horrible, you can reach any live person at all and it’s very hard to find someone local who really knows this equipment.

Can someone who is familiar with Toro Timemaster tell me if this lawn mover is running as it is supposed to run. I’m a new owner but I feel like it’s not running right, it sounds like it’s sputtering when it is idle (btw I checked the spark plug and it’s fully seated)
