Is that time of the year where we love to make cookies, and specially the most delicious, old-and funny gingerbread cookies.
Ingredients:
- 300 g all purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground glove
- 4 g cinnamon
- 2 g ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 110 g butter
- 100 g brown sugar
- 90 g caramel or molasses
- 1 egg
-1/4 baking soda
For the decoration 100 g dark chocolate and chopped almonds
Mix flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Add softened butter and incorporate them until the mixture resembles fine crumbs. Mix in the molasses until combined.
Cover the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 2 hours or overnight.
Rolls the dough into small ball, make the decoration with a fork and bake for 13 minutes at 180 °C .
Decorate with melted chocolate and chopped almonds.
