Ingredients for making gingerbread man cookies:
For the cookies:
3 3/4 cups (350g) all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp (22g) baking powder
3/4 cup (170g) brown sugar
2 tsp gingerbread spice
1/2 cup (100g) softened butter
1 egg
1/3 cup (100g) honey
For the icing:
1 egg white
1 3/4 cup (200g) icing sugar
