My perspective of this is to go to court, ask for help from a system that is broken, use time that you do not have in cases of manipulation, brain washing, parental alienation, in the meanwhile the custodial parent is clearly not Co-operating, not doing what is best for the child(teenager). Keeping the child "Guarded" against the Truth, having another man father your own child and not being able to do a thing about it. Having a child in a broken down relationship from many years ago should not mean a LIFETIME of HELL. you support your child from afar, you pay child support, you go to court to fight, and you pay child support again(if the other parent does NEVER work through TAXES) THE BROKEN family court system must be fixed, for the BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILDREN NOT THE CUSTODIAL PARENT.
