We build a chassis for our power wheels 4x4 go kart build! We bent two 1” frame rails to perfectly contour the lines of the ford bronco body welded them together. We had to trim the ford bronco power wheels body to make the chassis and engine fit. Once the chassis was complete, we mocked up the Tillotson 228 and engine plate we’ll be using. Unfortunately we couldn’t start on the front or rear suspension because we didn’t have a set of wheels we were happy with.
