How regulation, oversight, and enforcement collectively serve to deter international crime. International laws (those that are transnational in nature) can benefit all nations universally and collectively as these situations affect the globe holistically. In addition, better monitoring lends to deterrence and improved compliance.
About me:
I have worked in public safety and investigations for 8 years, including work in Africa. I worked with the United Nations for almost 2 years. In Germany, I developed a global education program for youth with GIB and assessed national resilience plans with ICLEI in Bonn. I am currently defending my thesis in Sustainable Development.
