Only had 30 minutes to train yesterday. Swing, squat, dip, pull up. Efficient full body workout. Got to play with my new 40 kg (88 lb) kettlebell too which was fun.
Don’t overcomplicate your training. Pick a handful of movements (lower, push, pull, core, etc.) pick a rep range (8-12 for example), challenge yourself on the weights. If you like circuits or a conditioning effect, set a timer and complete as many rounds as possible within the allotted time. A good enough workout that you end up doing is better than the perfect workout you don’t end up doing.
