Old Fashioned Brown Bread:

Blueberry Lemon Ricotta Muffins: 24

4 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup Maple Syrup
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 cup butter, softened
2 cup ricotta cheese
2 large eggs
4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3 cups blueberries

Mix Dry, Mix wet, combine the two and fold in Blueberries. Fill 24 cupcake liners in cupcake tins with batter and bake at 350 for about 25 minutes until a toothpick pulls out clean.

Chicken Carbonarra
1.5 lbs Chicken Breast
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp onion powder or 1/4 cup freshly diced onion
6 strips bacon
3 eggs
1.5 cups parmesan
3/4 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
