How to make soft and fluffy cream scones with fresh strawberries.

Ingredients:
3 ¾ Cups Bread Flour (450g)
½ Cup Sugar (95g)
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder (15g)
1 Teaspoon Salt (6g)
2 1/4 Cups Heavy Cream, Cold (480ml)
2 Cups Chopped Strawberries
1 Cup Confectioners’ Sugar (120g)
1-2 Tablespoons Water (15-30ml)
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the bread flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add 2 cups of heavy cream and mix until dough holds shape. If too dry, gradually add 1/4 cup of remaining cream until dough is soft. Fold in the strawberries.
2. On a lightly floured surface, knead and shape the dough into a disk, adding a bit of flour if needed. The disk should be about 10 inches in diameter. Cut the dough into 8 equal sized wedges.
3. Place the wedges on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Let the scones cool in the pans for a few minutes, then remove to wire racks and let cool completely.
4. Whisk together the confectioners sugar and water until sugar dissolves but glaze is not too runny. Spoon or drizzle glaze over scones. Let the glaze solidify.
