Both at 4K 30fps with standard settings.
Both have very similar overall picture quality, colors and dynamic range.
The Osmo Pocket 3 destroys the S23 Ultra when walking - the OIS just can't handle low light and the OP3's gimbal just does an amazing job here.
At very low light conditions you see noise- however in the OP3 if you turn the brightness down to -1 EV (or in manual use 800 ISO) you get lower light, but a super clean image, and it looks as natural as the real world conditions.
