520g of flour
10g beer yeast
80g of sugar
80g of corn oil
250g vanilla yogurt
30g of milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
METHOD
Combine milk, yeast, a little sugar, yogurt, residual sugar, vanilla extract, oil, little by little flour and mix.
Cover and leave in a warm place to come.
Whisk patisserie cream.
Roll out the dough to 1 cm, make shapes, coat with egg and decorate with cream.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
