A personality disorder is a type of mental health condition in which a person has an unhealthy and enduring pattern of thinking, functioning and behaving.
There are a range of symptoms relating to a #personality disorder. Some of the most common are being overwhelmed by negative feelings, avoiding others, finding it hard to manage emotions, engaging in self-harm, having difficulty maintaining relationships and losing contact with reality.
Just as everyone’s personality is unique, each person's experience of the disorder will be unique.
Remember that #recovery is possible and, if you are going through a personality disorder, you are not alone.
