Sorghum/Jowar flour : 2 cups or 240 gms
Potato Starch : 1 cup or 110 gms
Xanthan Gum : 3 & 1/2 tsps
Salt : 1/4 tsp
Eggs : 3
Oil : 1/3 cup
Yeast : 1 tbsp or 3 tsps
Water : 1 & 1/4 cups or 295ml
Sugar : 2 tsps
Bread pan dimensions: 28cm length X 15cm width, i.e. 11" length X 6" width
