In just 30min you can have an effective workout! Here is how I like to structure my back and ab workouts! For each back exercise we do we will be also doing an ab exercise down on the floor!
The purpose of super-setting these movements is that our back and abs are opposing muscle groups so we will not "fatigue" a specific muscle group too much. Also, it allows us to knock out two different body parts at once! Super-setting your workouts will increase your heart rate and get things SPICY (in the best way possible)!! 🔥
