This workout has it all. TRX Suspension Training Total Body HIIT workout. 45 Seconds ON...15 Seconds off. TRX Suspension training is a great way to gain Core strength without being tough on your joints. The fact that I used HIIT training today made this a great workout. Two rounds was definitely enough. If you want to add a third TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING HIIT ROUND then you can do that to make it a full 30 minute routine. Any questions leave them in the comment section below
