MEXICAN FIDEO SOUP WITH GROUND BEEF INGREDIENTS:
For the meat:
► 1 lb. ground beef
► 3 minced garlic cloves
► 1/2 of white onion
► Salt and pepper to taste
For the salsa:
► 3 tomatoes
► 1/4 of white onion
► 1 garlic clove
► Small piece of jalapeño
► 4 tsp chicken bouillon
► 1 cup of water
For the Soup:
► 1 7oz bag of sopa de fideo
► 1 potato
► 6 cups hot water
► 1 carrot
► 1/2 calabacita (Zucchini)
► Bunch of cilantro
