I can't believe prefects can really bust you instantly without a grab, lol.

And yes. I know you are busted instantly once the prefects get a grab on you only if the meter is red.

But I am thinking what if the prefects are programmed to bust you instantly without grabbing you no matter if your meter is yellow or orange.
