Since time Immemorial, an incredibly wide variety of native plants have been used for food or medicine by the Coast Salish people. In this video Jamestown S’Klallam Elders share fond stories of their grandparents and great grandparents harvesting plants for food and medicine. This video contains video and audio recordings of Tribal Elders, as well as historic photos from the Tribe’s archival collections and the Creative Commons.
