Hello family, welcome to another episode of LRB show, I am your host Kenneth Pinckney and today guest co host, is a good friend, ultra trail runner and find out lear year through IG due to Ultra Izzy making fun of me, that she is from South Carolina, not only that we graduated high school the same year, how crazy is that, welcome my South Carolina sister, Peaches Agojo as co host for today show.





Today we have the privilege to interview one of the top ultra trail runners in the world. In her first 100 mile race, she came out on top, winner of Squamish 50/50 50 miles, next day ran a 50k. Member of Team USA 2018 Trail World Championship in Spain, 1st place and course record, The Bear 2018, 3x top ten Western States, 1st all female team to complete the Rainier Infinity Loop with Alex Borsuk 2019. Outside her running career, she have Phd in Bioengineering from the University of Washington, she also like skiing, snowboarding and problem solving.
