00:28 | Pork fat must be cleaned with water. The fat with moisture is not easy to get burnt & it will not stick to the pan
01:20 | The murky water is the moisture released by the pork fat
01:30 | The pork oil will be slowly released after 10 minutes of frying
[Patience is needed during the oil refining process. Use medium low heat and fry slowly so that the pork oil can be released out completely from the pork fat. If the heat is too high, the fat will be burnt easily, and the pork oil will not be completely released]
