Yesterday evening we chased the sunset on the Kongo River. She majestically flows and soon meets the Indian Ocean. The sun sets behind her in a breathtaking glow and her sandy banks hum with magic. Her beach 🏖 is vast and wide. On her estuary tip lies stands a wonderful spiritual monument called the Kongo Mosque, believed to be the oldest mosque 🕌 in East Africa.
