This is the most delicious sandwich bread I have ever made! Simple and delicious 😍😋
Ingredients for dough :
500 grams of flour
280 grams of warm water
10 grams of instant yeast
1 tablespoons of sugar ( 12 grams )
1 tsp of salt ( 5 grams )
1 egg
30 grams of melted butter
Ingredients for topping :
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon of oregano
2 cloves of grated garlic
50 grams of black olives
50 grams of green olives
50 grams of cherry tomatoes
100 grams of mozzarella cheese
Put the dough ingredients in a large bowl. Knead until it gets a nice texture. Let the dough rest for 1 hour to ferment.
Open the fermented dough with a rolling pin and divide it into 12 equal pieces, you can make larger pieces if you want.
Leave it on the tray for 20 minutes to ferment.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, grated garlic and thyme. Brush it on the fermented dough. Sprinkle grated cheese. Add olives and tomatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees
