Core i5-9400F and Core i5-10400F both tested with 2666 MHz CL14 RAM as this is the stock speed. Memory overclocking or XMP profiles on non Z motherboards is not possible.
Ryzen 3 3300X and Ryzen 5 3600 both tested with 3200 MHz CL14 RAM. You can overclock the RAM on every AM4 motherboard and 3200 MHz is the stock RAM speed for Ryzen 3rd gen.
