Beth and I review the interior in the refreshed 2021 Volkswagen Atlas in its mid-grade SE w/ Technology R-Line trim. This one as-tested is $42,615 and for that price you get leatherette seats, lots of hard plastic and not a lot of amenities. While it's one of the most spacious 3-row crossovers in this segment, it doesn't have nearly as many features as the Kia Telluride, Hyundai Palisade, Honda Pilot or Subaru Ascent for the same money, which makes it hard to find the value in the Atlas.
