Caramel, marshmallow, and dark chocolate. Your tastebuds will throw a party in your honor!

INGREDIENTS
15 Kraft caramels
¼ cup of butter
200g of sweetened condensed milk
200g of chocolate chips or melting wafers.
And a couple of regular-sized marshmallows.
DIRECTIONS
Melt the chocolate and pour it into a mold. The mold I used had cavities the size and shape of a peanut butter cup.
Put the mold on a rack and fill the cavities all the way to the top.
Give it a few body slams to release any air bubbles
Flip it over and let the chocolate drain out onto a SilPat or a piece of parchment or waxed paper.
Tap the bottom of the mold to help the chocolate find its way out.
Leave the chocolate in the mold and on the SilPat to set.
With a pair of kitchen shears, slice the marshmallows into thin disks. Slicing will deform them a bit, but you can stretch them back into circles and stick them to the SilPat.
Now in a small pan over medium heat, add the sweetened condensed milk and butter.
Stir until the butter has melted, then add the caramels and turn the heat to medium low.
Stir this continuously, so the caramels don’t burn.
When the caramels are fully melted, pour the mixture into some jars and set them aside to cool.
Once the caramel has cooled to below 80F, you can spoon a little into the mold and top it with a marshmallow disk.
Take the drained chocolate and remelt it, then pour it into the mold to cover the caramel and marshmallow.
Allow the chocolate time to set.
