6min Home SHOULDERS and TRAPS Workout (DUMBBELLS ONLY!!) Are you looking to train your shoulders and traps at home with only a pair of dumbbells? You’ve come to the right place! In today’s video, we’ll be walking through a quick 6 minute dumbbell workout to grow your delts and traps. We’ll hit 4 exercises for the delts and target the anterior, lateral and posterior head of the shoulder. From there, we’ll use 2 exercises to target the upper and mid traps. We’ll be going through the first round together, if you want to challenge yourself, try and repeat this workout for 2-3 total rounds. Good luck!
