How I Study 12+ Hours a Day in Medical School

Yo what is up my Nakama!? In this video I share five important tips in order to sustain 12+ hour study days in Medical School in preparation for USMLE Step 1 or any exam in general. I want to stress however that this type of prolonged studying is NOT sustainable in the long-term and does not reflect my usual study days in medical school. I believe in having a well-balanced lifestyle which means enough time for friends, family, gainz, and your hobbies. However, the time comes every now and then when you have to become a hermit and become one with first aid / pathoma / sketchy which was me this past December and January.
