People are scared of green smoothies, but we saw one posted by Movie Star Reese Witherspoon's Instagram recently and was instantly intrigued. She drinks this smoothie everyday and there was no crazy hard to find ingredient so we thought we had to try it. Yes, it's green but don't be scared because the ingredient list are delicious on their own and good together - she actually said add what you like or have. We love Reese and we love her cookbook, so this green smoothie recipe has to be good. The other plus, she actually got this recipe from Kerry Washington who gave her the recipe at an award show when Reese asked about her wonderful skin. Let's get healthy together and start our day with this green smoothie recipe! Alright we need to start blending! And don't forget, she says the secret ingredient is "Dancing"!

QUICK TIPS WE LEARNED AFTER TEST:
1. Unless you have a large Vitamix, the batch is too big for a regular blender. So you might have to do half a batch or get a bigger machine!
2. It will be hard to blend, so you'll need to stop and mix or shove things around a bit.
3. If it's too thick, just add some ice or more coconut water.
4. If you like it a little sweet, add more apples/pears or a touch of honey or agave.
5. Reese makes a big batch for the next day, we didn't have any left so we couldn't say if it held up well. But with the lemon, it probably stayed green!
