This Copycat Big Mac is made on the griddle in less than 10 minutes from start to finish, including the time it takes to make our version of the copycat Big Mac sauce. Next time I would definitely use a little less lettuce, but this griddle burger was pretty dang good!

I'll show you a little trick for making our version of the Big Mac sauce, starting with Russian or Thousand Island dressing and adding a little mayonnaise and some creamy horseradish for a little kick. You can definitely make it from scratch, but why not just start with a bottled dressing to make it a little easier.

Overall, this was a great burger to make on the griddle or flat top grill! Enjoy!
