This is a simple Indian curry recipe prepared with sweet corn in spicy and creamy tomato and onion based sauce. The corn recipes has a lot of variations especially with its gravies and curries. It can be prepared either dry curry or even in tangy tomato based curries. But in this recipe we have tried a restaurant style creamy sweet corn sabzi.

Serving - It tastes great when served with tandoori roti, or chapathi but can also be served with jeers rice too.
Ingredients :
Tomato - 3 small
Onion - 2 small
Garlic - 10-15
Ginger- 2 inch
Chili - 3 - 4
Cashew - 15-20
Oil - 1 tbsp
Butter- 2 tbsp
Bay leaf - 1
Cinnamon -1 inch
Cloves - 4
Star anise - 1
Dry red chili -1
Cumin -1 tsp
Hing - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 2 medium
Red chili powder -1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Capsicum -1 medium
Boiled sweet corn - 2 cups
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Kasuri methi -1 tbsp
Sugar -1/2 tbsp
