There is only one recipe of Traditional pissaladière! Here is it:
Ingredients you will need:
For dough: 500g flour, 1 tsp salt, water 1 cup, dry yeast 9g, 1/4 cup of olive oil
What we put on the top: Onion 1kg, sugar 1tbs, herbs of Provence, garlic 3 cloves, anchovies, black olives and nothing (!) else :)
Cook in the oven for 20 min (220°C)
