And now, on to Beechwood Carolinas' excellent land position in these desirable school districts.

Weddington Glen is a luxury home community located in Weddington, a southern suburb of Charlotte, North Carolina. The community is near the Water Tower on Hemby Road, which becomes Beulah Church Road and features Weddington schools. The homes have underground utilities, and they have county water and sewer, which is different from a well and septic system.

The community has a limited number of remaining home sites, seven, and they will be built by the builder with a low starting price of 1.1 million, topping out at 1.4 million. Home site three, priced in the 1.4 million range, is a Magnolia, English Romantic elevation and will be complete by May/June. The homes are spacious and have premium private wooded home sites with space between the homes.

Type of Financing
The builder will carry the loan until closing, which makes it easier for buyers who don't want to use their money for construction. The location is excellent, with good schools, nearby shopping, and entertainment, and you probably already know that the area is renowned for its schools. The person who would want a house like this with a primary suite down and an office down is someone who may have older kids who want their own rooms upstairs or someone who doesn't want to climb stairs anymore.
