Fettet / Fatteh Hummus is a hearty dish usually served during breakfast or brunch. It is a layered dish of toasted pita bread, warm chickpeas, a yogurt sauce flavored with tahini and garlic, topped with warm and toasty pine nuts.

Serve this dish right after assembling, as it is best eaten warm. We never have left overs, and I assure that you won't either.
