Shannen Doherty is opening up about her financial situation amid her cancer battle. The “Beverly Hill, 90210” alum is asking a Los Angeles judge to award her temporary spousal support of $15,434 from her ex-husband Kurt Iswarienko, according to court documents obtained by Access Hollywood. Kurt is a professional photographer and, in the docs, the actress accuses her ex of allegedly refusing to turn over information about his artwork, specifically the inventory of his “archive” work that he created during their marriage. She then goes on to blast her husband for allegedly delaying the divorce. “For the last year, through our attorneys, I have tried to resolve this matter with Kurt, to no avail. This is largely due to Kurt’s utter failure to voluntarily produce any information regarding his income or his work, despite his repeated promises to do so,” she claimed in part. “It is simply not right that Kurt be permitted to prolong our divorce in hopes that I die before he is required to pay me while he continues to live his life and shirk his responsibilities to his dying wife of more than 11 years,” she claimed later on in the filing. Access Hollywood has reached out to Kurt’s lawyer for comment. His attorney disputed Shannen’s claims in the filing in a statement to People and claimed his client offered Shannen a settlement in 2023, but she denied it.
