On November 1, Israel heads to its fifth election in less than four years, and will either elect interim Prime Minister Yair Lapid - who became the state’s 14th PM in July when Naftali Bennett stepped down as leader and dissolved his government following months of dysfunction – will re-elect Israel’s ninth prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu, or will elect a new leader, who will become Israel’s 15th PM.
