This video was filmed in Moscow. The masseuse's name is Ainura (inst @atma.massaj) and she did a really good Ayurvedic head and body massage. During the massage Ainura repeats positive affirmations, I've never been to a session like this before. She also describes her actions and shares some educational information. After the session you will find a meditation part. Ainura asked us not to cut it because she wanted to share it with you.
